Interior Design with a holistic approach combines visual, physical and emotional aspects of your home. These three elements are brought together when creating polished rooms that are comfortable and inviting. I understand the importance of being personally involved with every project, so I will see your project through every aspect from beginning to end. I’ll help navigate the overwhelming array of choices that need to be made regarding finishes like tile, stone, flooring, paint, wall paper, lighting, and kitchen and bath fixtures needed during construction. And for Interior furnishings like furniture, rugs, accessories, window coverings, and lighting. I’ll present options that meet your style. I will handle every detail so you don’t have to, saving you time and aggravation of dealing with the details on your own.

Process Overview

1. Consultation:
The first step is to give me a call or email so we can set up a face to face meeting, usually at your location. We’ll use this time to get to know each other and discuss your needs and your style. I’ll ask questions to get a better understanding of your lifestyle and your desires for your project. We’ll also discuss budget, payment options, and the contract agreement.

2. Style Boards and The Plan:
Based on our initial conversations, I’ll put together a few style boards to help us both visualize the design plan. The style boards include floor to ceiling rooms that reflect your style direction. The plan includes finishes, fixtures, and furnishings options for new construction and interiors projects. Construction items will be reviewed and approved first, then interior furnishings.

3. Purchasing and Tracking:
When the plans and pricing have been set, I’ll begin placing orders based on delivery times. I’ll track all orders and deliveries and store items in the warehouse until installation as necessary. For new construction, I’ll focus on the interiors and work in tandem with the architect and the builder on lead times and monitor construction for timely deliveries.

4. Furniture Installation Day:
The day when we see it all come together. All the furniture, art, and accessories are delivered and set up. You are welcome to be there during the move-in, or if you prefer a true reveal, I’ll walk you through the completed project.
